We are proud to announce a new location for our office. The address is: 7466 W MAIN STREET, WEBSTER, WI 54893. For those of you familiar with the Webster area, we are located inside the Mangelsen Satellite building (Formerly Webster TV). Our mailing address will stay the same: PO BOX 428, SIREN, WI 54872 (please do not send mail to the Webster address).

We have moved the office and our home out of our old location and new renters will be moving in, so please come to the new address if you would like to visit or drop off a payment. We look forward to seeing you, so feel free to come visit us at our new office.

Have you received an invoice from us and wondered "which month is this invoice for" or "when do I have to pay this"? All invoices we send from now on will show you both of these important pieces of information. They will also be sent using an improved format which not only looks much better, but also shows you which month the invoice is for, and the date payment is due. We hope this helps make it easier to read and understand your invoice.

We are currently offering free installation for new high-speed internet accounts (standard equipment charges still apply). This is a great opportunity to spread the word to all of your friends because you still get a $20 referral credit for each new customer you refer to us (and the lower up-front costs should help make it easier to convince them to sign up!)
