NEW COVERAGE AREAS

It has been quite some time since our last newsletter, partially because we have been hard at work expanding our coverage! We are proud to announce 3 new towers: Sand Lake Township, Danbury, and Alpha.

The Sand Lake Tower will cover areas near County X, Bass Lake Rd, Dongola Rd, Whistler Rd, Peterson Rd, Normans Landing Rd and Compeau Rd, and as far South as Highway 70 near Viola Lake.

The Danbury tower will provide service in the village of Danbury and surrounding areas.

The Alpha Tower will help us provide better coverage in Alpha and the Wood Lake and Trade Lake areas near Alpha.

If you know of anyone in any of these areas who may be interested in our services, encourage them to contact us. Don't forget that you get a $20 credit for anyone who signs up and tells us you referred them!

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Paper Billing: We would like to remind you that we now have the option of sending you a paper invoice which includes a return envelope. To cover the cost of paper and postage, we are charging $1.50/mo for the service. If you are interested in signing up for paper billing, just let us know and we can enable it for your next billing cycle!

Online Payment: We have always accepted all major credit cards and you can sign up to have your card charged automatically each month so you don't have to remember to pay your bill. A new option available is payment via PayPal. You can now use your PayPal account to pay your invoices from any of the methods PayPal supports.

Due Dates: As a reminder, all monthly invoices are sent on the 15th of the month and are due by the 1st of the following month. Unpaid invoices will have service suspended. If you are unable to pay your bill on time for some reason, please kindly let us know when you expect payment. We do ask that you keep your account up to date.

KEEP EQUIPMENT POWERED ON

We would like to ask that you keep your antenna plugged in and powered on at all times, especially during the cold winter months. The exceptions would be if you are leaving for an extended period of time or during a lightning storm. Keeping your equipment on helps us ensure your connection is performing correctly, and if your equipment has a chance to get too cold, it may not turn back on.

OUR #1 RULE

As we make sure to mention when we installed your high-speed internet, we'd like to remind you to contact us if you ever have a problem. Our goal is to make sure you are enjoying the internet, and we want to be the first ones to know if your internet connection isn't working properly. After all, we can't fix something we don't know about!

We look forward to sending you our next edition, so keep your eyes on your inbox.

Thanks for reading!
