3 YEARS OLD! WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU

May 1st marked our official 3 year birthday. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting us and helping us grow. We value any input you have to offer which will help guide us into the future. If there is something that you would like to see us offer, or any comments about our current service, we encourage you to contact us and let us know. We look forward to providing service to you in the years to come.

OFFICE HOURS AND PAYMENT DROP-OFF

We recently moved our office back into Siren! We are now located at: 7724 West Main Street in Siren (across from the Cafe). For your convenience, we now have regular office hours. The new hours are: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to 4pm; Tuesday and Thursday is by appointment (phone support is available those days).

If you would like to save a stamp and drop off your payment, we also have a new payment drop box so you can leave your payment even if we are not open.

DSL AVAILABILITY

The local phone companies occasionally expand their availability of DSL service. Many of these areas were promised DSL for many years, and now that they have some competition, they are scrambling to keep from losing potential customers. While competition is good and we believe that there should be more than one option for high-speed internet, we'd like to take this opportunity to remind you why we are confident that our service is better than DSL.

First and foremost, we are local and care about our community. In a few short years, our small company has started providing high speed internet into many areas that the phone companies have ignored for the last 10 years.

Second, we offer a consistently fast connection to the internet. DSL is dependent on the old phone lines that have been buried for decades, and quite often causes it to run at a fraction of the speed they are selling. It is also prone to "rush hour" traffic jams, slowing down when you need it the most.

Lastly, we don't require any other bundled services, so you can cancel your landline and save some money! Bundles are typically just clever marketing to get you to pay for services you don't use, and quite often leave out many of the hidden fees that jack up the actual price of the service.

We look forward to sending you our next edition, so keep your eyes on your inbox.
