Will my monthly bill change?

No. Your monthly bill will remain the same every month. No teaser rates, no price increases after 12 months. What you sign up for is what you pay.

Will I be able to game?

Yes. Our latency is consistent and our speeds are as advertised. We have many gamers on our service who enjoy it. If speeds are not as advertised, we want to hear about it.

Is it reliable?

Yes. Starwire stands behind its product. We take what we do very seriously. If you experience any issues, we want to be the first to know so we can help diagnose and resolve them quickly.

Is it satellite?

No. Satellite signal has to travel from the ground to orbit and back, causing high ping times, latency, and poor connection in bad weather. Starwire uses local fiber and fixed wireless infrastructure for a much more reliable connection.

Can I stream with your service?

Yes. Both plans support streaming. Our team can help you determine which plan best fits your household needs.

Should I reboot things if I have trouble?

While we strive for perfection, technology does have issues from time to time. If you do experience issues, you can reboot or unplug your devices to see if that clears things up, but please contact us before rebooting or resetting your router. Once things have been rebooted it erases the history and makes it harder for us to troubleshoot to ensure that we can solve any issues so they don’t happen again. Never push the reset button on your router!
